No, you absolutely do not need to be an AI expert. Summaro’s chatbot guides you through the visual creation and modification process. You only need a good understanding of the English language. We also provide practical examples for you to reference in our knowledge base.
No. Summaro has a generous monthly credit limit included in the subscription plan. Your monthly usage is always visible to you. The 14-day free trial provides credit to evaluate Summaro, which includes all features being available to you from the start.
Yes. You start with your own subdomain which will remain unchanged; however, you can configure your own custom domain with our premium plan.
Yes, this option is available with our premium plan. Summaro’s dashboards can be displayed on your own websites via an iframe.
An iframe (short for inline frame) is an HTML element that allows you to embed another HTML page within the current one. It essentially creates a window on your webpage that displays content from a different source, such as Summaro.
This is entirely up to you. Each dashboard you create is assigned a unique URL. This makes it easy to share with different audiences. They can also be optionally password protected, so a dashboard is only visible to those who have your password (shared via email or another trusted way).
Your dashboards can also be hidden while you are updating them, which means nobody else can see them while you are making changes.
Summaro integrates with Freshdesk to provide you our knowledge base. With our Freshdesk, you can also log a ticket for support, report a problem, or give us suggestions.
Yes. Summaro was designed from the outset to support various international privacy laws. We only store your First Name, Last Name, and email address. We don’t share this information with anyone (unless specifically asked to do so by law).

All data is transmitted via secure HTTPS connections, and HSTS is enabled for all domains.
Sensitive configuration values and credentials are securely stored and never exposed.
